Attorney Scott A. Schmidlkofer is a partner at Schmidlkofer, Toth & Loeb, LLC. Attorney Schmidlkofer focuses his practice exclusively on family law, including divorce, custody and placement disputes, post-judgment issues, termination of parental rights cases, and child support matters. Attorney Schmidlkofer’s extensive courtroom experience has made him a skilled litigator who fights for, and obtains, successful results for his clients.

A lifelong Wisconsin resident, after high school Attorney Schmidlkofer enlisted in the United States Navy, serving active duty during Operation Desert Storm. Attorney Schmidlkofer’s decorations during his time in active duty include receiving the Southwest Asia Service Medal with a bronze star, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for his role in rescuing victims of the Mount Pinatubo disaster, the Sailor of the Year Award in 1991, and a personal citation for outstanding performance during the Gulf War.

In 2005, Scott, Attorney Mark Toth and Attorney Basil Loeb started Schmidlkofer, Toth & Loeb, LLC.

Attorney Schmidlkofer is a graduate of Marquette University Law School. Prior to founding Schmidlkofer, Toth & Loeb, he was an associate at a private practice firm in New Berlin, Wisconsin. As an associate, Attorney Schmidlkofer practiced labor, employment, family, and election law.

Attorney Schmidlkofer is an avid sports fan, who enjoys most sports, and especially Wisconsin sports teams. In his spare time, he also enjoys golfing.
