Attorney Emily E. McIntyre is an associate attorney with the law firm of Schmidlkofer, Toth & Loeb, LLC. Attorney McIntyre focuses her practice in family law matters, as well as transactional matters, include advising local small businesses, landlord-tenant disputes, and contract disputes, Attorney McIntyre’s courtroom experience allows her to represent clients in every stage of litigation.
Attorney McIntyre is a graduate of Marquette University Law School. She is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the Association for Women Lawyers, and the Milwaukee and Waukesha County Bar Associations.
In her leisure time, Attorney McIntyre enjoys sailing, yoga, traveling, spending time with friends and family and everything about Milwaukee in the summertime.
