Attorney Kelly A. Wisniewski is an associate at Schmidlkofer, Toth & Loeb, LLC. Kelly was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and grew up in Wauwatosa where she currently resides. Kelly attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received her undergraduate degree in political science and history in 2004. She then moved back to Milwaukee to attend law school at Marquette University.
During law school, Kelly was a member of the Association of Women Lawyers, a group that focused on fundraising for local charities. In her second year of law school, Kelly interned with the Honorable Mary M. Kuhnmuench, an experience that gave her unique insight into the family court system in Milwaukee. She also worked as a law clerk for a solo practitioner who specialized in family law matters. One of Kelly’s most memorable experiences in law school was traveling with professors and classmates to visit various international organizations and courts throughout Europe.
In 2008, Kelly joined Schmidlkofer, Toth & Loeb, LLC and specializes in family law. She is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. For many years, Kelly has also been a supporter for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause which became even more significant upon the recent diagnosis of her nephew.
Aside from the practice of law, Kelly enjoys traveling, watching movies, reading a good book and spending time with the many members of her family.
